How it works and what to expect
An immersive 3 month program (15 weeks including two practice weeks between modules 1 and 2 and final evaluation)
Weekly 90 minutes sessions remote or on-site with a qualified coach
Personalized screening before starting the program
Sessions include movement, breath work, somatic awareness and energy practices
All levels welcome - no experience needed.
